Important Announcement Regarding Management Company Transition
Dear Tuscany Community Members,
Ā
We hope this message finds you well.
Ā
Over the past several months, we have attentively listened to your feedback regarding our current management company, Goodwin. We have received numerous concerns from members of our community that have been brought to the board’s attention. After careful consideration and review, we have collectively determined that Goodwin is no longer the best fit for our community, based on the input we have received.
Ā
In light of this decision, we are pleased to announce that effective November 1st, 2025, Sterling Association Services, Inc. will be our new management company. We believe that this change will better align with the needs and expectations of our residents.
Ā
Please understand that transitioning to a new management company is a significant undertaking that requires meticulous planning and coordination. During this period, we kindly ask that you refrain from contacting Sterling until their official start date on November 1st. Until then, please continue to reach out to Goodwin for any concerns, billing inquiries, or other matters until their last transaction day on October 31st.
Ā
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this transition period. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to the board.
Ā
Thank you for your ongoing support.

Tuscany Landscape Updates: Your Green Oasis Is Blooming!
Dear Residents,
Weāre excited to bring you the latest updates on our beautiful Tuscany community landscaping efforts! Our dedicated board is hard at work, and though we sometimes face challenges from the Texas weather, we’re making steady progress.
Currently, our focus is on the expansive walkway at Via Davinci and Via San Rocco. This area presented us with the largest planting project yet, and we’re thrilled to share that the sprinklers are installed, and most of the plants have found their new home in the ground! We’re currently in the midst of mulching, which will be wrapped up in no time.
As we tackle the heat of Texas, we appreciate your understanding that some plants may experience transplant shock. Rest assured, this is a natural part of the process, and weāve received assurances that they will bounce back beautifully!
Looking ahead, weāll be shifting our attention back to the heart of the community to address any spots that need extra loveāfilling in those bare paths and beds with lush greenery. Plus, Monarch will soon begin installing vibrant fall flowers over the next month, adding a splash of color to our shared spaces. Additionally, the board is eager to introduce even more hues to our main flower beds, ensuring a vibrant landscape for everyone to enjoy.
Remember, this is an ongoing project that thrives on your support, patience, and, of course, favorable weather. Thank you for being part of this journey as we create a stunning green oasis for all residents to enjoy!
Warm regards,
The Tuscany Board
Important Info about Sidewalk Repair!
Hello Tuscany Community Homeowners,
Per verification from the community attorney:
Pursuant to Declaration Art. V, Sec. 1(r) and Declaration Art. VII, Sec. 1, it is each homeownerās responsibility to maintain the sidewalk between their lot and the street.
With this in mind, here is a useful resource:
For minor sidewalk concerns, you may submit a service request with Harris County. While the county is not obligated to repair homeowner sidewalks, they have assisted with smaller jobs in the past. For example, they have addressed small lifts in certain areas. Please note, however, that requests for major repairs (such as bowing caused by tree roots) are often denied.
ā”ļø Submit a service request here:Ā Harris County Service Request
Although not all issues may be addressed, it is worth pursuing for minor concerns.
Thank you,
Tuscany Board OF DirectorsĀ
