Helpful Information
Fences Make Good Neighbors!
Fences should conform to what is in our Tuscany CCR’s, in particular Article V, Section 1, Sub Section F. That’s on page 15 and you can find that on the “Documents” page or by clicking the link below.
If your looking for what color to stain your fence, look no further!
The stain “Desert Sand” by Wood Defender is the preferred stain for continuity in our neighborhood. But if you can’t find it, find a stain that is reasonably close to it at any Ace, Lowes, Home Depot or Sherwin Williams, all of which may have a way to match the color for you.
Important Information Regarding Sidewalk Repairs in Our Community
Dear Homeowners,
As many of you may already know, numerous sidewalks within our community require repair. According to our community’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs), it is the responsibility of homeowners to address these repairs, rather than the Community Homeowners Association (HOA).
To help alleviate the financial burden associated with these repairs, there are several steps you can take:
1. Coordinate with Neighbors: Consider discussing the possibility of simultaneous sidewalk repairs with your neighbors. By collaborating, you may be able to negotiate a more favorable rate with contractors, potentially reducing individual costs.
2. Utilize County Resources: For minor sidewalk issues, we encourage you to log a service request with Harris County. While the county is not obligated to repair homeowners’ sidewalks, they have been known to assist with smaller jobs. At the time of this communication, the county has made corrections to small lifts in certain areas. However, please note that requests involving significant issues, such as major bowing caused by tree roots, may be denied.
To submit a service request, please visit the link below.
Although it may not cover extensive repairs, it is worth pursuing for minor issues.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. By working together, we can enhance the safety and appearance of our community.
Local Sidewalk Vendor
Dear Residents,
At the request of several members within our community, the HOA board is pleased to share information about a vendor that has received positive feedback from various homeowners. We understand how important it is to find reliable services, and we hope this can be beneficial to you.
Please note that the attached vendor information is shared for your convenience; however, it does not constitute an endorsement from the HOA board. We encourage all homeowners to conduct their own research and due diligence before engaging with any service provider.
Thank you for being a part of our vibrant community!

Know The Code!
Flags flown from dusk to dawn should be illuminated by a light or taken down until dawn.
Flags that touch the ground, or are torn, tattered or faded should be replaced. Flags that are to be disposed of should be taken to the American Legion, VFW or some other such place where the Ceremony of Disposal can be conducted. If you can’t find one of these places, Ace Hardware has a box where flags can be stored until the VFW picks them up.
